Black Garlic Salt Roasted Potatoes:
Ingredients:
4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of Knagwood black garlic salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C
In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil until evenly coated.
Add the Knagwood black garlic salt and black pepper, and mix well.
Transfer the potatoes to a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy at any time of the day or night.
