Black garlic salt roasted potatoes

Black Garlic Salt Roasted Potatoes:

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of Knagwood black garlic salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or thyme, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C

  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil until evenly coated.

  3. Add the Knagwood black garlic salt and black pepper, and mix well.

  4. Transfer the potatoes to a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, if desired.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy at any time of the day or night.
