Welcome to Knagwood Garlic Farm!

We’ve been talking about starting up a blog and sharing our best garlic recipes for a while now, and here we finally are!

I’m Tadhgh, the farmer running this operation based in the beautiful Macedon Ranges of Victoria. Our farm is situated on the land of the Taungurung people, and we are proud to be able to grow and harvest delicious garlic while also honouring the rich culture of this land.

We specialise in black garlic, a unique and flavourful product that is created through a fermentation process. We use regenerative agricultural practices to build soil fertility and ensure the best possible produce for our customers.

We are learning a lot about cooking with black garlic as we go and can recommend checking out the recipes of the Garlic King himself, Ottolenghi. We have also started gathering simple recipes we cook in our kitchen and will keep adding to these recipe pages.
